What is the best waffle maker to use?
I recommend a mini waffle maker – this one here works great – check it out
Preheat your mini waffle maker.
In a mixing bowl, combine the egg, almond flour, heavy whipping cream, ½ C. mozzarella cheese
Italian seasoning
and parmesan cheese.
Whisk together until all the ingredients are well combined.
Place half of the batter mixture into the heated waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes until your desired level of doneness has been reached.
Remove the first chaffle, and place the second half of the batter into the waffle maker. Cook the second waffle for another 3-5 minutes and then remove.
Top each pizza chaffle with 1 ½ tablespoons of the low carb marinara sauce
half of the remaining mozzarella cheese
and 3 pepperoni slices each.
Place the topped pizza chaffles under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.

I made this , then used your basic recipe and made all kinds of keto chaffles!… delicious!… I added a little sea salt , ate the caffe all by itself without toppings!
