How to make keto chaffles
Heat up your mini waffle iron.
Mix together the ingredients in a mixing bowl
until well combined.
Place half of the batter mixture into the mini waffle maker, and cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the chaffle is done to your liking.
Remove the first chaffle from the mini waffle iron, and place the other half of the batter in to cook.
Eat your chaffles alone, or create a sandwich with your favorite keto-friendly toppings.
I used mine to create a turkey BLT.

- 1 Egg
- ⅓ C. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 ½ Tbsp. Heavy whipping cream
- 1 Tbsp. Almond flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
