These chocolate NO bake cheesecake bars are so delicious and make a great

Place ground almond flour, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract and melted
butter in a large bowl and combine them until fully incorporated.
Pour in the mixture in 7x7inch square pan lined with parchment paper.
With a help of measuring cup tap the mixture to make it even.
In a large mixing bowl mix together softened cream cheese, vanilla extract
and stevia until fully incorporated. Pour in the melted chocolate and mix
until combined.
Spread the cream cheese filling in the prepared pan and let it set in fridge
for about 2 hours until fully set.
Cut out 9 to 12 squares and serve them.

- 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 10 oz (300g) Lily’s Chocolate, melted
- 15 oz ( 400 g) softened cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon stevia
Instructions
- Place ground almonds, cocoa powder, stevia, vanilla extract and melted butter in a large bowl and combine them until fully incorporated.
