These keto blueberry muffins so moist and delicious and make a great

Preheat your oven to 350 F or 175 C degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients listed minus blueberries
and stir them until combined.



Fold in blueberries

Grease well with butter a muffin tin and sprinkle it with some extra ground
almonds.

With an ice cream scoop, scoop out of the batter and place the scoops into
the muffin tin.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until golden brown and toothpick inserted
in the muffins comes out clean

  • 2 tablespoons stevia
  • 1 eggs
