How To Make Keto Mexican Chicken Skillet Meal
Place the chicken pieces into a large mixing bowl, and combine with 1 tablespoon of olive oil,
chili powder, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Mix together well to coat the chicken thoroughly.
Add the chicken to a skillet over medium-high heat on the stove, and cook until the chicken is completely cooked through. Remove the cooked chicken and set aside.
Pour the remaining tablespoon of olive oil into the skillet, and add the onions
and peppers. Saute for several minutes until they begin to soften.
Add the heavy whipping cream
and chicken broth to the skillet, and stir to combine.
Place the palmini noodles into the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Mix the cooked chicken back into the sauce in the skillet.
Turn the heat down to medium-low, and simmer the mixture until the sauce has thickened before serving.
