These tortilla chips are my favorite they are yummy and delicious and will be gone

Preheat your oven to 420 F or 210 C degrees.
In a large mixing bowl combine all of the ingredients listed as required
and stir them until combined.
Line with parchment paper 12 inch cake pan and pour in the tortilla mixture.
Spread the mixture evenly in the baking pan and pop it in the oven for about
10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
Transfer to a cutting board and cut out triangles out of it.
Serve and Enjoy.

- 1 egg, room temperature
- salt and pepper to taste
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
