In a saucepan over medium heat melt the butter and chocolate all together.
Add in Peanut Butter, stevia, vanilla extract and stir until well incorporated.
Remove the mixture from the heat and add in the ground almonds.
Pour this mixture into already lined with parchment paper small square
brownie pan, sprinkle with remaining chopped almonds on top and let it
chill for about 30 minutes or until set.
Cut out slices and serve.

- ½ cup Peanut Butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons stevia
- 1 cup ground almonds
- ½ cup roughly chopped almonds
