Preheat oven to 350ΒΊF/180ΒΊC.
Heat a pot to medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Once itβs hot, add the onion and cook until translucent.
Lower the heat to medium, add the tomato sauce and let it cook for 10 more minutes.
Add Italian spices, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce in a oven-safe pan.
Add pepperoni or your favorite meat or veggies
Cover with the mozzarella cheese.
Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese has melted.
Serve with celery stalks, cheese chips, crackers or your favorite keto food.

- 1 cup Sugar-Free Tomato Sauce (you can also use canned tomatoes processed)
- Β½ Onion, diced
- Β½ cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 4-5 Pepperoni Slices
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Italian Spices Mix
- Salt and Pepper
- Celery Stalks, Cheese Chips or Crackers or anything for dipping
