Preheat oven to 350F and spray a donut pan with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine eggs, coconut flour, keto sweetener, unsweetened cocoa
powder, melted coconut oil, and coconut butter and stir until smooth.
Add vanilla extract, coconut extract, baking soda, and baking powder and stir.
Fold in chocolate chips and pour batter into a piping bag or ziploc bag with the corner snipped.
Pipe batter into the donut pan, filling each donut about half way.
Bake for 12 minutes and transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely.
To prepare the glaze. Combine melted butter and liquid stevia in a small shallow bowl.
Once donuts have cooled, dip each donut in the melted coconut butter.
Sprinkle with shredded coconut.
Combine melted chocolate chips and melted coconut oil in a small bowl and use a
spoon to drizzle over the donuts.
