How to make keto fat bombs
Mix butter (at room temperature or a little warmer) with sugar until well combined.
Add the eggs, milk, oil and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
Add almond flour and baking powder.
Bake at 380ºF for 15 minutes, or until golden (You can know when they are ready when inserting a stick and it comes out dry).
Let it cool, and cut in squares.
Mix the cream cheese, sweetener and food colorant (optional) to make the icing.
Use a piping bag to place the icing.
Serve with sugar-free decoration if you would like

Ingredients
Cake:
- 2 cups Almond Flour
- ½ Butter Stick (2 oz.)
- ⅓ cup Sugar-free Sweetener (I used Stevia)
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
Icing:
- ½ cup Cream Cheese
- 1 tbsp. Sugar-free Sweetener (I used Stevia)
- Food colorant – optional (sugar free)
Optional: sugar-free cupcake decoration.
Instructions
