How to make keto peanut butter chocolate chip bars
Preheat oven to 180°C/350°F. Prepare a small square or rectangular baking sheet, cover it with parchment paper.
Place the cashew nuts in the food processor and then the walnuts, only one minute is necessary to cut them, they should be more or less large pieces. Then add the peanuts and the flaxseed and process for a couple of minutes more.
In a medium mixing bowl, add the chopped nuts, sprinkle with chocolate chips and finely grated coconut.
Add butter at room temperature, peanut butter, chocolate protein powder, and sweetener.
Stir until all ingredients are well integrated.
Finally, add the spices and stir well. With the help of a spatula, pour the mixture into the tray and carefully flatten until it is as even as possible. Take it to the oven for about 15 to 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool before cutting into a rectangular shape. You can keep these bars in a clean, dry bowl at room temperature for up to seven days.
