Blend all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, butter, and erythritol in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut flour, baking powder, and salt.
Blend the wet mixture into the dry ingredients.

- ¼ cup Melted Butter
- 1 tbsp Erythritol
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- pinch of Salt
- for the Glaze
- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Almond Milk
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients for the glaze in a bowl.
