How To Make Vegan Brownies
Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 350°F.
Combine flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, coffee, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Sift and set aside.
In another bowl, combine almond milk and lemon juice. Whisk well to combine. Set aside for about 10 minutes.
Pour the almond milk mixture over the dry ingredients. Then stir in avocado oil and vanilla. Mix well to combine.
Pour the brownie batter into the lined cake pan and add walnuts. Bake for about 20 minutes or until set. Let cool down before cutting into squares.

- 1 tbsp Instant Coffee Powder

- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg powder

- 1 cup walnuts
