How To Make Vegan Cinnamon Rolls
Mix the salt and active dry yeast with the flour.
In a separate bowl mix warm cashew milk with sugar and oil.
Now mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, first with a spoon
Then with your hand and knead for 3 minutes until the dough is elastic and forms a ball.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and leave to rest in a warm place for about an hour until it has doubled in size.
In the meantime, prepare the filling – mix sugar and cinnamon with oil and that’s it!

Roll out the dough, so you get large, about ½ inch thick rectangle.
