How To Make Snowman Cookies
Melt 1¼ cup white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
Dip Milano cookie into melted chocolate, and flip to cover.
Place on a piece of wax paper to cool and harden.
While white chocolate is still warm, add mini chocolate chip eyes, butterscotch nose, and mini chocolate chip buttons down front.
For “girl” snowmen, pipe melted dark chocolate along top of head as earmuffs and add an M&M to each side as a “muff”.
For “boy” snowmen, cut mini Reese’s peanut butter cup in half and add as hat.
Separate remaining ¼ cup melted white chocolate into two separate bowls, adding blue food coloring to one and pink food coloring to the other.
Pipe a scarf on each snowman with the blue and pink white chocolate.
Allow snowmen to completely harden before serving or storing.
