Dollar Store Easter Decor – Easy DIY Crafts

This sign is so easy & quick to make and best part is that it turns out super
cute. Decorate your home or apartment with an expensive look but making

projects that look so adorable. Plus it is cheaper than going out to buy
decorations and fun to create something unique and creative. You can hang this
on the wall or on your front door.

This faux reclaimed wood Easter bunny was a fun DIY Easter project! The faux

To start you will need a sign from the Dollar Tree – You can check out
these DIY craft projects here and here to see what I made with the other
part of this sign.

Carefully remove any stickers from the back and remove twine hanger
(save for later)

Next I painted the back of the sign with chalk paint in the color mineral

I gave it one coat of paint

As soon as I was done painted I took a damp cloth and made streaks
(this will give it the vintage – rustic wood effect). Set aside and let dry

Here is mine once it was dry

I went online and printed out a bunny silhouette and cut it out

Place on board anyway you would like

Trace around the bunny and then I used white colored chalk paint to fill
in my bunny

Now to make the bunny tail – take a piece of twine (from Dollar Tree) –
hot glue the end and start rolling in a circle – you will need to hot glue ever
few rolls to hold it in place
