Dollar Store Spring Decor – Easy DIY Crafts –  Easter Bunnies

A really fun and cute DIY craft project using Dollar Tree products. An inexpensive,
cheap and budget friendly DIY Easter craft project that everyone loves.

This is a great Dollar Tree craft project to do with the kids. These DIY Easter
bunnies make great room decor, couch pillows or to sit on your porch deck chairs.
No matter where you place these bunnies your family and guest will want you to
make them one!

This is one of my favorite Dollar Store hacks that is not only cute but super simple.
If you are looking to brighten your house, apartment or room for Spring don’t pass
up on this DIY Spring craft project.

Who doesn’t love a quick and cheap craft project that is adorable? Now is the time to
learn how to make DIY Dollar Store craft projects for Spring and Easter!

Make any spot in your home look AMAZING with this cute Easter bunnies.
Kids love these to and this makes a great craft project to do with kids, teens
and tweens. Grab some Dollar Store products and make these simple Easter
bunnies. You can make these bunnies for $2 each 😀 🐰

You will need one of these Easter bunnies from the Dollar Tree

As you can see it doesn’t have much stuffing so start by cutting the stitching
from the bottom – make a big enough hole for your hand to fit in

I used poly fiber fill but you can also use stuffing from an old pillow to save
on cost. This whole bag was under $4 from Walmart. I made 3 of these
bunnies and still have 3/4 of bag left.

Stuff the bunny (make sure to push up in ears). Once you have it as full as
you would like hot glue the bottom back together.

Now the Easter bunny is full 😀 🐰

For the bunny tail I found this bunny tail clip at the Dollar Store

Using scissors I cut the clip off the back of the bunny tail

Hot glue bunny tail to the back side of the bunny 

For some colored bunnies – I painted on with chalk paint color ballet
slipper (find here) – it will take 2 coats of paint on each side to full cover
the bunny

And the other one I painted with chalk paint color pool. Once paint is dry
hot glue bunny tails on just like in the first bunny
