How To Make Air Fryer Egg Rolls
Brown the pork in a skillet until fat is rendered.
Add ginger, garlic, and shallots. Sauté until aromatic.
Add cabbage, carrots, and scallions. Stir for 2-3 minutes.
Season with oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.
Preheat the air fryer to 390F.
Lay a sheet of egg roll wrapper on a cutting board.
Put about 2 tablespoons of the pork mixture near one edge of the wrapper
and roll all the way to the other end, tucking in the edges.
Repeat with remaining ingredients.
Arrange rolls in the air fryer basket
and cook for 4 minutes per side.

Ingredients
- 250 grams Ground Pork
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
- 1 small Shallot thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Finely-Diced Carrots
- 2 cups Shredded Cabbage
- ¼ cup Chopped Scallions
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
Instructions
