Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
Add shrimp and stir for 1-2 minutes.

- 300 grams Large Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 tsp Minced Ginger
- 1/3 cup Chopped Scallions
- 1/3 cup Coarsely Chopped Walnuts
For the Sauce
- ¼ cup Water
- 2 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Cornstarch
- Stir together all ingredients for the sauce in a bowl.
- Lightly season shrimp with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok.
- Add shrimp and stir for 1-2 minutes.
- Add ginger, walnuts, and scallions. Stir until aromatic.
