Black Layer
In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
Whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the gelatin.
Mix until combined.
Next add the condensed milk, black food coloring, and liquor.
Mix until combined.
Using the injector, fill the Jello mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄4 of the way full.
Chill for 1 hour.
Red Layer
In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
Whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the gelatin.
Mix until combined.
Next add the condensed milk, black food coloring, and liquor.
Mix until combined.
Using the injector, fill the Jello mixture into the condiment cups 1⁄4 to the halfway point..
Chill for 1 hour.
Reserve remaining red mixture to the side at room temperature.
Green Layer
In a medium sized bowl add the gelatin and cold water.
Whisk to combine.
Let sit for 5 minutes.
Boil 1 cup of water.
Add the water to the gelatin.
Mix until combined.
Next add the condensed milk, green food coloring, and liquor.
Mix until combined.
Using the injector, fill the Jello mixture into the condiment to almost full.
Chill for 1 hour.
Pour the remaining of the red mixture on top of the green layer till full.
Chill for 30 minutes.

- 2 drops Red Food Coloring
- 1 ⁄4 cup Spiced Rum
- Green Layer
- 2 1 ⁄4 oz packages of Gelatin
- 1 ⁄2 cup Cold Water
- 1 can 14 oz Condensed Milk
- 1 cup Hot water
- 2 drops green Food Coloring
- 1 ⁄4 cup Spiced Rum
- Tools:
