- 1 Avocado
- 2 Slice Multi Grain Bread
- Egg Whites

- Place 2 slices of multi grain bread in toaster and toast
- Spread mashed up avocado on toast
- Next add some egg whites to a heated up skillet and cook until done

- Sprinkle on some red peppers flakes and little bit of salt
