How To Make Keto Beer Bread
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all of the ingredients
except for the cheese
in a mixing bowl
and blend on high until completely combined
Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
Pour the mixture into an even layer in a well greased loaf pan
and bake for 35-45 minutes until browned on top and completely cooked through.

- 1 Tbsp. Unflavored whey protein isolate powder
- 3 tsp. Baking powder
- 4 Large eggs
- ¼ C. Butter unsalted and melted
- ½ C. Low carb beer
