Keto Breakfast Recipe – Low Carb Egg – Spinach – Coconut Wrap – Gluten Free {Easy}
Take 1 coconut wrap out of the package – Next, place coconut wrap on plate
You will need Pesto – this is my favorite and Keto friendly
Measure out 1 TBSP of Pesto
Spread Pesto on coconut wrap & set aside
Crack 2 eggs in a bowl
Whip eggs together
Add salt & pepper to your desire & mix together
Heat an 8 inch skillet over medium heat
Spray with oil – I used Avocado oil
Pour eggs into fry pan when it is ready
Cover and let eggs cook
Once you can’t see much liquid flip over
Place on 1 slice of cheese
Add a handful of spinach
Sprinkle on Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend
Place lid back on a let eggs finish cooking and cheese melts
Use a spatula to place egg on top of coconut wrap & pesto
Roll up the coconut wrap
Serve immediately – Enjoy

* 1 Slice Cheese (your choice)
* Handful Baby Spinach
* Everything But the Bagel Sesame Seasoning Blend – find it here
