So I had to find a way to make them low carb to fit my ketogenic diet / lifestyle.

How To Make Keto Brownie Pizookie
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, combine the coconut flour
almond flour
baking soda
sugar substitute
cocoa powder
vanilla extract
butter and egg.
Blend on high until a smooth batter has formed.
Fold in the Lily’s baking chips until combined.
Press the brownie mixture into a small 6-8 inch pie pan or oven safe skillet that has been well greased.
Bake the pizookie for 15 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Top with ½ cup of low carb vanilla ice cream
1 tablespoon of sugar free whipped cream topping
and 1 tablespoon of sugar free chocolate syrup before serving.
