How To Make Keto Doritos Chips
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the cheese powder with the spices, and stir to combine.
Place half of the cheese mixture into a separate bowl.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the protein powder
oil
water until smooth and creamy.
Add ½ of the cheese spice mixture to the protein mix, and stir.
Whisk the parmesan cheese into the protein mixture.
Spread the protein mixture onto a large parchment lined baking sheet.
Spread it as thin as you can to get crispier chips.
Bake the mixture for 3 minutes, and then remove.
Sprinkle the remainder of the cheese spice mixture over the top of the baking sheet.
Bake the mixture for another 15-20 minutes until the cheese mixture is crispy and breakable.
The cook time will vary depending on the thickness of your mixture.
Break the mixture into chip sized pieces and serve.

- ½ tsp. Chili powder

- ½ tsp. Cumin
- 1 tsp. Garlic powder
- ¼ tsp Salt
- ¼ C. Parmesan cheese grated
