Place the mixture in a plastic container with lid and refrigerate for about an hour. When the mixture has hardened, remove it from the freezer.
You must mold the spheres as fast as you can so that they remain firm. The heat of the hands tends to melt and become softer.
Place the spheres inside the saucers and refrigerate about fifteen minutes more while preparing the glaze.
In a mixing bowl, with the help of a hand mixer, combine the cream cheese, vanilla and sweetener. Beat for a few minutes until the glaze is fluid.
Glaze / frosting the fat bombs carefully, sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon and enjoy.
