These chocolate cookies are so moist and delicious. They make a perfect

Preheat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl add the dry ingredients – almond flour, cocoa powder,
stevia, salt, and baking soda, whisk until well combined.
Add the coconut oil, egg, egg white, and vanilla extract, stir with a rubber
spatula.
Once all the ingredients are well-combined add chocolate chips and fold
into the dough (the dough should be firm enough to shape the cookies but not hard)
Make 12 small balls of the same size (about 2 inches diameter) and line onto
the baking sheet.
Flatten the cookies with your hands just a little and bake them for 12-14 minutes.
Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet at least 5 minutes before removing.
