Preheat oven to 325F.
Cream butter and powdered erythritol in a bowl.
Add almond flour and stir into a smooth dough.
Wrap the dough in parchment and chill for at least an hour.
Whisk together brown erythritol and cinnamon in a bowl.
Take the dough out and flatten into ¼” thick between sheets of parchment.
Cut into circles with a cookie cutter.
Press sliced almonds on top.
Brush with egg white
and sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top.
Arrange on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes.
Take out of the oven and leave to cool on the pan for 10-15 minutes.

- ¼ cup Powdered Erythritol
- ¼ cup Sliced Almonds
- 1 Egg White
- 1.5 tablespoon Brown Erythritol
- ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F.
