combine all of the ingredients
for the crab cake bites.
Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Form the crab cake mixture into 16 even sized balls.

Add the crab cake bites to the heated oil on the stove, and cook for 3-5 minutes until browned and cooked through.
You can turn the crab cakes during the cooking process to make sure that all of the sides get browned and crispy.
Remove the crab cake bites from the oil, and place them onto a paper towel lined plate to drain and cool.

- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Parsley flakes
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

- Β½ C. Crushed pork rind crumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
