How to make keto copycat Starbuck’s cranberry bliss bars
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.
In a mixing bowl
combine all of the ingredients for the cookie layer
except for the cranberries
Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
Fold the cranberries and white chocolate chips into the batter, and place into an even layer in a 9×9 greased baking dish.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
Let the cookie layer cool completely once done baking.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
orange extract
and vanilla extract for the icing, and beat until creamy and fluffy.
Layer the icing onto the cookie mixture.
Sprinkle some chopped cranberries onto the top of the icing layer.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat the white chocolate chips and coconut oil for the icing at 15 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Drizzle the melted white chocolate over the top of the cranberry bliss bars.
Place the bars into the fridge until the white chocolate drizzle has hardened, and then serve.

- 2 C. Almond flour
- Β½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- 1 tsp. Baking powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Β½ C. Butter softened
- 1 Egg
- Pinch of salt
- β C. Dried sugar free cranberries chopped
- 4 oz. Keto-friendly white chocolate chips
For the Icing:
- 6 oz. Cream cheese
- Β½ C. Swerve confectioners sugar substitute
- Β½ tsp. Orange extract
- Β½ tsp. Vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. Chopped dried cranberries
- ΒΌ C. Keto-friendly white chocolate chips
- 1 Tbsp. Coconut oil
Instructions
