How To Make Keto Lemon Creamsicle Fat Bombs
Add butter and heavy cream to a microwave safe bowl.
Melt in 30 second bursts until butter is melted, stirring after each time.
Add lemon extract to melted mixture.
Place lemon zest in a small strainer and place on the bowl with the ChocZero’s White Chocolate Chips.
Pour the heated butter/cream mixture through the strainer.
Press any remaining liquid through the strainer.
Stir until the chips are smooth.
Place bowl in fridge until mixture is firm.
Using a small cookie scoop, make 1” balls.
