  • 1 lb. Lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1-2 C. Shredded lettuce
  • 16 Small dill pickle chips
  • 2 C. Shredded cheddar cheese hand shredded from a block

For the sauce:

  • ¼ C. Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp. Dill pickle relish
  • 1 Tbsp. Yellow mustard
  • ½ Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
  • ½ Tbsp. Keto BBQ sauce
  • ¼ tsp. Garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp. Paprika

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
