I love the sweetness of the coconut flour.
This is one of my favorite wrap recipes to make and we make this recipe weekly.
How To Make Keto Wraps?
First step follow the recipe to mix up the ingredients.
Next you can cook on stove top – which I do every once in a while but my favorite way to cook these is on my Dash 8 inch griddle.
Making on the griddle is the quickest way to make them and they come out perfect everytime.
How To Make Keto Crunchwrap Supreme
Whisk together eggs, avocado oil, water, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder in a bowl.
Blend in the coconut flour until smooth.
Ladle about ¼ cup of the batter in a lightly-oiled pan.
Swirl around and cook for about a minute per side.
Add the beef to a non-stick skillet.
Season with salt and taco mix. Stir over high heat until fully cooked.
Take each tortilla and fill with cooked beef
and cheese, leaving space at the edges.
Carefully fold edges toward the center, slightly overlapping, until well-sealed.
Toast the supremes on a skillet
until brown on both sides.
