As a side note: Bake an additional dough and freeze it for a simple and fast future dinner. Or, use the extra dough to prepare a focaccia bread with garlic and rosemary: just toss garlic butter on top and bake for another couple of minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F).

When the cheese is completely melted, gradually add the vinegar, the egg and the protein powder; Integrate with a spoon and then knead. Heat for about 5 more seconds in the microwave so you can handle the mix more easily.
Spread this mixture on a silicone baking sheet or a waxed paper, stretch with a roller, you should obtain a mass about 5 mm thick, with rectangular shape.
Spread the butter on the dough, then place the marinara sauce, spread well with a spoon and finally add the beef sausage abundantly. If you wish, you can add other keto friendly toppings such as mushrooms, green bell pepper or any of your liking.
Roll the dough on the longer side, you will get a filled dough cylinder. Then make cross sections of about two centimeters. It is ideal to measure before making cuts to obtain roles of the same thickness.
Grease a round mold and organize the roles in it, leaving 5 mm between each roll, because when cooking them they grow a little.
Top with a cup of cheddar cheese and oregano.
Bake for 10-15 more or until the cheese has melted.
Sprinkle oregano on top and serve with a green salad.
