How To Make Keto Low Carb Sheet Pan Taco Pizza
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a microwave safe bowl, combine the mozzarella and two ounces of cream cheese.
Heat at 30 second intervals until the cheese are completely melted and combined.
Add the flour
baking powder
and garlic powder to the bowl with the cheese mixture, and knead with your hands until completely incorporated.
Place the dough and an egg in a mixing bowl, and beat on high until a smooth dough has formed.
Put the dough into the freezer for 30 minutes, this will make it easier to press out into a baking sheet.
Press the chilled dough into rectangular shape on a parchment lined small baking sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine the 4 oz of softened cream cheese
and the sour cream.
Beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread the cream cheese mixture over the crust evenly.
Heat the ground beef on the stove over medium-high heat until completely browned.
Mix the taco seasoning into the ground beef, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
Drain off any extra grease.
Place the cooked taco meat on the top of the cream cheese mixture on the pizza crust.
Bake the pizza for 15-20 minutes until the crust is browned and cooked through.
Add the shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes
and cheddar cheese to the top of the pizza.
Add any additional topping if desired, and serve.

What would you suggest as an alternative to almond flour? I’m new to cooking healthier but almond flour makes me very sick. I just don’t know the textures of the other types of flours yet to be able to alternate
