See’s Candy was one of my favorites and polar bear paws are no exception.
So I knew this year I had to find a way to recreate this favorite treat.
So here it is keto polar bear paw fat bombs.

Easy keto recipe for the BEST low carb keto white chocolate caramel candy fat bombs!
Straight from the See’s candy website – “This unique piece is a fan favorite! A delicious combination of roasted and salted peanuts and buttery caramel enrobed in white chocolate-what a wonderful treat!”
So you better believe I was going to find a way to make it low carb keto friendly. A healthy, sugar free, gluten free recipe.
In a pot on the stove, heat the butter, syrup and Swerve sugar substitute over medium-low heat until it begins to lightly boil.
Continue to cook the mixture down until it starts to form larger frothy bubbles, and then remove from the heat.
Stir in the vanilla extract once the caramel mixture has cooled a bit.
Line the bottom of a well greased muffin tin with a layer of the caramel. It only needs to be a thin layer, as you are trying to create a cookie like shape with the caramel.
Sprinkle some peanuts into the caramel in eat section, and place into the freezer to set until the caramel is hardened.
Remove the hardened caramel bites from the muffin tin.
Heat ⅓ cup white chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon of coconut oil in a microwave safe bowl at 30 second intervals until completely melted and combined.
Let the chocolate mixture cool slightly, and then dip the candy bites into it to coat them completely.
Place the polar bear paws into the freezer to set until the chocolate has hardened.
Serve
