Who wants cool IKEA hacks? Turn that boring inexpensive basket into cute & stylish storage and decor. This is an easy IKEA hack that turns out super cute. I love this easy DIY craft project – you can literally make this in 1 day (with dry time). Put your new DIY IKEA basket in your bedroom, office, under a bench, under your nightstand ,in the living room really anywhere you want adorable storage. You will need an IKEA FLÅDIS Basket, seagrass
Paint the bottom of the basket
The easiest way to paint the basket is to turn the top down so you have a
guided line to follow
Once your done painting the basket let it dry
Here it is once it’s done drying
Now make some DIY pom poms to decorate the front
Wrap some yarn around your hand a bunch of times
Then take another piece of yarn place thru the middle
And tie
Take another piece of yarn tie around the middle
Then cut the bottom to create the pom pom and trim ends
Now take a pencil
Poke a hole in basket
Push the yarn from pom pom thru hole
Make another hole and do the same thing
Tie the yarn together inside the basket. Repeat for however many
homemade pom poms you want on your basket
Now you can store blankets (this is my favorite blanket) whatever you
would like in your new basket
Even makes a super cute planter
