How To Make Turkey Cupcakes
Prepare cupcakes per instructions on the box.
Allow cupcakes to cool for 30 minutes
before adding turkey decorations.
Add 3 tbsp chocolate frosting to each cupcake.
Begin making the turkey faces by turning each peanut butter cup with the larger side facing up.
Add a small dot of chocolate frosting to the back of each eye and butterscotch chip to stick to the peanut butter cup.
Add the peanut butter cup face toward the front of the frosted cupcake.
Cut the KitKats in half or in varying sizes to give “feather” depth.
Push 4-7 KitKats into the cupcake toward the back behind the face to look like feathers.

- 1 box carrot cake mix
- ¾ cup water
- 3 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- Chocolate frosting
- 24 mini Reese’s peanut butter cups
- Candy eyes
- Butterscotch chips
- Orange colored KitKats I used pumpkin pie and orange colored white crème flavors
Instructions
- Prepare cupcakes per instructions on the box. Allow cupcakes to cool for 30 minutes before adding turkey decorations.
