What is the ingredient erithritol? And where do you get it?
Marie says
It’s an artificial sweetener. It’s sold on Amazon and I’ve seen it on Walmart’s website as well.
Nanb says
I’ve used monk fruit sugar also and it works very well also a great low cal option
Lauren says
Can you substitute splenda or stetivia for erythritol?lauren
Andrea says
How many points per cookie?
Andrea says
I’m sorry I see it’s listed 😁
Wendy says
May I please know what I can substitute with erithritol?thank you
Shari Sargent says
you can honestly use any artificial sweetener or regular sugar as a substitute. If you’re trying to stay sugar free “monk fruit” is a good option because it tastes more like sugar to me without the weird sweetener aftertaste.
NanB says
I was just going to ask if Monk fruit was ok in this recipe.. thanks for reading my mind lol.. Happy holidays!
Barb says
Just wondering, can you use stevia instead of erytherol?
Judy says
Can I use PB2 instead of regular peanut butter
Laurel says
I’m going to try it. That would make them 0 points!
Susan Morgan says
Can I use coconut sugar?
