Preheat oven at 180 C/350 F
In a bowl, mix the room temperature butter with the erythritol and stir to combine well
Add the eggs and the vanilla in and stir
Add the dry ingredients in and fold them in
Once the dry ingredients are well incorporated, add the chocolate chips in and stir enough to combine
With the help of a teaspoon, shape the cookies and add them to a baking tray add extra chocolate on top if desired
Bake at 180 C/350 F for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown on the edges
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool on a rack.

- 100 grams Lilys Chocolate chips
