Blend butter, cream cheese, vanilla extract and erythritol
Add eggs to mixture and blend together until all ingredients are well incorporated
Stir to coconut flour, almond flour, salt and baking powder to wet mixture
Fold in the Lily’s chocolate chips and pecans
Pour the chocolate chip mixture onto cookies sheet – use a spatula to spread
around
Bake for 30-35 minutes

- 1/2 cup I can’t believe it’s not butter
- 2 cups of erythritol
- 5 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup of coconut flour
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 1 cup Lily’s chocolate chips
- 1 cup of chopped pecans
