Place the 3 tbsp of fat free mayo into a small mixing bowl, and add in Β½
of an avocado. Use a fork to mash the avocado and combine it well with
the mayo. You can use a food processor if that is easier.
Lay a piece of thick sliced turkey breast on a flat surface, and place a thin
layer of the avocado mayo in a circle in the center of it.
Lay 1 slice of precooked bacon down the center of the turkey slice.
Layer the lettuce and tomato slices on top of the bacon and mayo.
Gently roll the turkey slice up around the fillings, and secure it in the center
with a toothpick.

- 5 Thick cut slices of turkey breast deli meat
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Β½ of an Avocado
- 3 tbsp Fat Free Mayonnaise
- 5 fully cooked bacon slices
- Toothpicks
Instructions
