How to make Weight Watchers NO bake peanut butter chocolate chip bars
Put the peanut butter in a heat-proof bowl and set in the microwave for 15-30 seconds or until fully melted.
Transfer melted peanut butter in a large mixing bowl and mix well with the rest of the ingredients.
Tightly pack mixture into a 9×9 baking pan lined with parchment paper. Cover the pan with a sheet of foil and leave in the freezer for about 30 minutes.
Take out of the freezer and unmold. Cut into serving-sized portions.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Store leftovers in air tight container in refrigerator

- 3/4 cup No Sugar Added Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Honey

Can I substitute the peanut butter with PB2? If so, how much PB2?

I would say you could and use same amount. I plan on trying the pb2 in the recipe. It lowers the points for sure.
