  • Add frozen pineapple, juice, and ice cream to blender
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Serve immediately and enjoy

Notes

For best results, use very frozen pineapple chunks. If too thick, add more pineapple juice 1 tablespoon at a time. If too thin, add more frozen pineapple. Serve immediately for soft-serve texture, or freeze for 1-2 hours for firmer consistency. Can substitute coconut ice cream for dairy-free version.
