Add rigatoni noodles, ensuring they're submerged in liquid
Pressure cook on high for 6 minutes
Quick release and stir in Parmesan cheese
Notes
Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can substitute Italian sausage with ground beef or turkey. If the sauce seems too thick after cooking, add a splash of chicken broth. For extra richness, add an additional 1/4 cup of heavy cream before serving.
