First, aromatize the Stevia with the orange peel, for this place the Stevia in a bowl with the orange zest and mix gently with your hand.
Blend the coconut cream with two teaspoons of Stevia, the orange zest and the vanilla extract for a couple of minutes.
Pour this mixture into the small molds; Place the wooden sticks in and take to the freezer for at least two hours.
When the Popsicle are firm, unmold carefully and insert the vanilla Popsicles into the large molds.
Sweeten the citrus juice, if necessary. Fill the rest of the mold with this juice, ensuring that the vanilla Popsicle are in the center.
Take to the freezer for two more hours, unmold and enjoy.
*If you don't have 2 size Popsicle molds - you can pour some of the orange mixture in the bottom, place a popscile stick and place in freezer. Once frozen take out pour in vanilla mixture and freeze. Final step pour rest of orange mixture and freeze. Once solid unmold and enjoy.
