Brew any brand of coffee that you like, but make it on the stronger side.
Place two tablespoons of warm water in a small bowl, and stir in 4 tablespoons of keto-friendly granulated sweetener. Continue to stir it well until the sweetener is dissolved and you have created a syrup.
Fill a glass with ice.
Place 1 cup of the strong brewed coffee into the cup with the ice.
Add 3 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
Pour in some of the created sweetener syrup until you have reached your desired level of sweetness.
