Put items in oil or a sauce in a bowl, such as roasted peppers, olives, marinated mozzarella balls
Cut prosciutto slices in half and wrap around one asparagus stem
Begin to arrange charcuterie board, beginning with prepared/stationary items; bowls, skewers, large cheeses, etc.
Places loose items next to fill tray; nuts, cherry tomatoes, crackers.
Top with herbs; basil, thyme, rosemary, etc.
