Blend together all ingredients for the cinnamon butter. Set aside.
Whisk all ingredients for the bread in a bowl.
Transfer to microwave-safe dish & cook in the microwave for 90 seconds.
Allow bread to cool for a few minutes. Slice in half then fill with the cinnamon butter. Cut into sticks.
Whisk all ingredients for the coating.
Dip bread sticks in the mixture.
Pan-fry in butter for 2-3 minutes per side.
Blend together powdered erythritol and heavy cream until smooth. Drizzle over the sticks for serving.
