8Jalapeno peppers cut in half lengthwise and deseeded
9oz.Cheesesteak meat
3oz.Cream cheese softened
½C.Mozzarella cheese shredded
1tsp.Worcestershire sauce
½tsp.Garlic powder
½Onion chopped
½Bell pepper chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
In a skillet over medium high heat on the stove, saute the meat until cooked through.
Add the Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine. Remove the meat and set aside.
Reduce the heat in the skillet to medium, and saute the onions and peppers in the drippings from the meat until softened. Remove and let cool.
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, meat and vegetables until well incorporated.
Stuff the jalapenos with the filling mixture and top with the shredded mozzarella.
Place the stuffed jalapenos on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 20-30 minutes until done to your liking.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
